Warranty
All our products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults in materials under normal use and conditions.
If you believe your product is defective within this period, please contact us with your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue. We will assess the case and offer a suitable solution — such as repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Delivery time
We process all orders on a first come, first served basis. Delivery time is the sum of the time needed for our team to prepare your product 1 business day and the carrier’s delivery time — 1–3 business days within the EU, and 3–5 business days for non-EU countries.
We ship all parcels using TNT or UPS courier services.
Each shipment is tracked and as soon as it is dispatched, we send you a tracking url so you can follow its progress.

Delivery costs
The shipping cost is 25 EUR for countries within the EU, and 40 EUR for countries outside the EU.
If you order multiple products at once, the shipping cost remains the same — you only pay one flat rate per order, regardless of the number of items.

We offer several payment options to suit your preferences:

– bank transfer (available upon prior arrangement).
COD (cash on delivery) is not available.
